I got cramp with 15KM - Thanks to the shoes!

Unbelievable. I have problem with Nike Lunar Elite. After I season it by wearing it for casual and work, I thought it is good enough to serve me some miles.

So, I ran a 15K back from office. Never had such an excruciating 15K run before. I got cramp at the end and my feet were so sore and aching. Crappy shoes for my feet really even though I bought it at 50%!

On the other hands, Nike Zoom Victory+ has been serving me really well although I do not have any expectation from it initially. Should have clocking around 800K with some 'abrasive runs' in Macritchie but still it still look strong! Yeah, it's my trail shoes too. After so many runs, it has become light & cosy to me. Perhaps, I am very fortunate to have a feet that fits to most of the shoes.

Until it has worn down totally, I fail to find a reason to buy a new shoes ;'-( Let's get ROUGHER!

I go back to Adidas Supernova series this time. I had a very fond memory with this model. My previous pair got stolen. Once I slipped into it, yes, I could feel it will not disappoint me. Officially appointing it as my SCKLM racing shoes.

At Queensway, Adidas shoes is no more offered at 30%. Max is 25% now. Gosh... wonder what happen! Aren't we having recession now?

Shoes... IN and OUT

God damn it!
My Adidas Supernova Cushion 7 got stolen! Cursing hard the thief... Such a great shoes! Light, responsive, ventilated, comfort and cushioned. Bought at SGD127 last time.

Decided not to buy back the same shoes so that I can try on other. Somehow, this shoes just caught my eyes with its innovative design. Look really nice, Nike Zoom Victory+. SGD125. Took it to ECP for a 18KM 'ride. Narrow toe area. Sole is hard for my feet. Guess it's more like a shopping shoes for me now. Perhaps, a few more run it will fit more to my feet.

Months ago, bought an Asics GT2130 at SGD120, 40% disc. It should be my main racing shoes for now. Once, tried it on 30KM LSD. Light, responsive with cushion. Happy with it.

Do think of buying another pair specifically for training. I am thinking for AdiStar. My last pair of AdiStar Control left some fond memory with me. Great cushion. I felt my feet is proctected. Though it's heavier, but not a problem to me. The weight is good during training.

Nike Air Pegasus

The award winning shoes NIKE AIR PEGASUS! Bought it at SGD104. Retail price in Malaysia is RM350.

Verdict: Put it on today and ran along Esplanade for about 9KM. Feel that sole is too high and my feet went numb and sore after 6KM. Perhaps it's still new. Perhaps, my feet never fit Nike shoes. Perhaps, it needs time to understand my feet and vice versa.
